These Terms govern your use of SkillVaultShop and your purchase of digital products through its WooCommerce store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Digital products

Products are delivered electronically through the order email and, where available, My Account → Downloads. No physical item will be shipped. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to your account.

License

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, each purchase grants one buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. You may download and print the materials for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share, sublicense, reproduce for others, or use the files to create a competing product.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes may be calculated based on the buyer’s location and the store’s tax configuration. Payment is processed by the gateway selected at checkout. An order may be refused or cancelled when payment fails, fraud is suspected, or a pricing or technical error is discovered; any captured payment for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Refunds and the 30-day guarantee

If a product does not meet your expectations, contact support within 30 days of purchase with your order number and the reason for the request. Refund requests are reviewed promptly under the store’s satisfaction guarantee and applicable consumer law. Abuse, repeated refund requests, or unauthorized redistribution may make a request ineligible where law permits.

Educational information

The guides and free tools provide general educational information. They are not personalized financial, investment, legal, tax, medical, or mental-health advice. You remain responsible for decisions made using the information and should consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

Availability and changes

We may update products, prices, features, and these Terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, but we will take reasonable steps to restore service and honor valid download access.

Intellectual property

The SkillVaultShop name, website design, text, product covers, and digital files are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited product license described above.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SkillVaultShop is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, tools, or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
